How much are the baubles?
Each personalised light-up bauble is €15 for collection. If you would prefer to have your order delivered, An Post delivery is €10 for up to 4 baubles.
How long will my order take?
As every bauble is individually designed and made especially for you, please allow approximately 5–7 working days for production. During particularly busy periods, we’ll let you know if there are any changes to this timeframe.
How long do the batteries last?
The batteries have an average life of approximately 50 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful glow throughout the Christmas season. Simply switch your bauble off when it’s not in use to help preserve the battery life.
How do I change the batteries?
It’s easy! Simply twist the silver top of the bauble to remove it and replace the batteries inside. Each bauble uses 3 × 1.5V LR415 batteries. Every order includes one spare set of batteries, and additional replacements can easily be purchased online.
What kind of photograph can I use?
Almost any special memory! Your bauble can feature children, families, pets, baby scans, memorial photographs and more. For the best result, choose a clear, good-quality photograph where the subject is easy to see. Once you place your order, you’ll be able to upload your chosen photograph for us to work with.
What size are the baubles?
Each bauble measures approximately 80mm (8cm) in diameter — large enough for your photograph to be beautifully visible while still sitting elegantly amongst the decorations on your Christmas tree.
